Michael Stafford, Inc. provides the following services:

·        Design:  Using my portfolio, your pictures, or our combined ideas as a guide, I provide design services including measured drawings, itemized proposal and pricing schedule.

·        Construction and Finish:  Furniture and cabinetry are completed in my shop according to agreed upon specifications.  Custom finishes and paint matching are specialties.

·        Delivery and Installation:  I personally install all cabinetry and perform local furniture deliveries according to our agreed upon dates.   For long-distance furniture deliveries, I arrange transport and manage safe and professional delivery of your piece.

·        Follow Up:  I contact each client after install to know if any open issues remain.  Additionally, after each installation, I ask each client to complete a brief satisfaction questionnaire.  In this way, I am continuously improving the services and products I provide.

As your craftsman, I will:

·        Return your phone calls promptly, usually within 24 hours.

·        Arrive on time for meetings, or provide sufficient notice (usually 48 hours) if it is necessary to reschedule.

·        Confirm all monetary transactions in writing.

·        Provide updated proposals as changes are made.
